Call recording and transcripts: every call on the record
A recording you can play, a transcript you can search and an AI summary you can read in ten seconds, saved on the matter the moment the call ends. When the same client calls again, the new call joins the same record and the summary updates, so the attorney reads one story rather than a stack of voicemails.
14-day free trial. No credit card, nothing auto-charges.

What a call leaves behind today
A voicemail and a sticky note
The facts of the matter live in a 40-second message and whatever the receptionist managed to write down.
The client repeats the story
Intake asks, the paralegal asks again, the attorney asks a third time. Details drift each time.
Nothing to check later
When a date or a name matters months on, there is no recording to go back to.

What’s included
How recording and transcription work
Nothing to switch on. Every call the agent answers is recorded, transcribed and summarized for the firm.
Recording notice
The greeting says the call may be recorded, alongside the AI disclosure, whatever wording you choose.
The call log
Each call with its recording, transcript, AI summary and a notes field for your team.
Tuned transcription
A background-noise filter, a fast or accurate mode, and words to recognize, pre-filled with your firm name, attorneys and practice areas.
One matter per client
Calls from the same client are grouped, and the AI case summary is rewritten to cover every call; new facts appear as caller updates.
Activity notes
Call-backs, messages and transfers are noted on the record: what happened and when, not the message text.
Spanish calls
Recorded and transcribed in Spanish, with the screening answers in the same fields as an English call.
Print or erase
Print a matter record alone or with its transcripts; permanently erase a single record from the dashboard.
Optional PII redaction
Removes names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, SSNs, and passport and driver’s license numbers from recordings and transcripts.
Retention and legal hold
Retention per agent with automated purge; legal hold excludes an individual record.

On every plan

Setup
Set once, then read
Step 1
Keep the recording notice
The default greeting says the call may be recorded. Edit the rest of the wording; the notice stays.
Step 2
Tune the hearing
Add the names and terms your callers use. Choose fast or accurate transcription and the noise filter.
Step 3
Set retention
Decide how long recordings and records are kept per agent, and turn on PII redaction if your firm wants it.
Step 4
Open any call
From the matter list, each call opens to its summary, recording and transcript. Add notes for the attorney.

FAQ
Questions about call recording & transcripts
Yes. The default greeting says the assistant is automated, cannot give legal advice, and that the call may be recorded. The firm can edit the wording around it, but the disclosure and the recording notice stay.
It is a summary of what the caller said, written to give the attorney the shape of the matter before a callback. The recording and transcript are one click away for anything that needs checking, and the screening answers are stored as structured fields, not summarized.
Recordings, transcripts and summaries live in the firm’s dashboard. Admins decide which members and support agents can see them, by role and by agent.
As long as the firm decides. Each agent has its own retention period with automated purge, and any record can be placed on legal hold to be excluded. Any single record can also be erased on demand.
Never ask a client to repeat the story.
